An interfaith emotional support group model for people who desire to
create and be part of a small support group learning to move from
surviving depression and anxiety to thriving in life.
Each group has five participants including a facilitator who simply chooses
from the provided group topics and reads the brief information-write-up about
the topic at their weekly support group meeting.
